Attachment-Focused & Trauma-Informed Therapy

You may find yourself stuck in the same patterns. Struggling in relationships, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, reacting in ways that don't reflect who you want to be, or feeling shut down or numb.

These patterns are often rooted in your nervous system, shaped by your life experiences, attachment relationships, and the ways you've learned to protect yourself.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating attachment wounds, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, and the lasting impact of adverse life experiences. Together, we'll explore not only what is happening in your life today, but also the deeper beliefs, emotional experiences, and nervous system responses that continue to influence how you relate to yourself and others.

Understanding the Patterns Beneath the Symptoms

Do you find yourself struggling with attachment-related challenges and find yourself repeating patterns that no longer align with the relationships or life you want to create? You may not be able to fully define the problem, but you recognize that there are recurring dynamics - in romantic relationships, friendships, family relationships, or even your relationship with yourself, that leave you feeling stuck. I'll help you develop insight into those patterns, understand why they developed, and learn the skills needed to respond differently so your behaviors become more aligned with your values, goals, and the relationships you want to build.

You may notice yourself:

  • People-pleasing and putting others' needs before your own

  • Avoiding conflict or emotional vulnerability

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive

  • Struggling to trust others or feel secure in relationships

  • Shutting down, withdrawing, or disconnecting when stressed

  • Repeating the same relationship patterns despite wanting something different

  • Feeling stuck between wanting connection and fearing it at the same time

Together, we'll work to understand these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, nervous system awareness, personal experiences, previous successful work with clients, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

I Help Clients

  • Identify the core beliefs that shape how they view themselves, others, and relationships

  • Understand how attachment experiences influence current patterns

  • Recognize their unique stress responses and survival strategies

  • Increase awareness of nervous system activation and emotional triggers

  • Develop healthier ways of responding to difficult emotions

  • Strengthen self-compassion and emotional regulation

  • Create new patterns of relating to themselves and others

Healing Happens Through Awareness and Experience

Insight is important, but lasting change involves more than understanding your story.

Healing often happens when we learn to recognize what is happening in our minds, bodies, and relationships in real time. As awareness grows, new possibilities emerge. You begin to notice old patterns sooner, respond differently to triggers, communicate your needs more effectively, and develop a greater sense of safety within yourself and your relationships.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone

Ill be your resource & thought partner.

Whether you're working through the effects of complex trauma, struggling in relationships, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply wanting to understand your patterns more deeply, therapy can provide a space for exploration, healing, and growth.

Together, we can help you better understand your story, reconnect with yourself, and create new patterns that support the life and relationships you want to build.
